Vertebral Subluxations interfere with the bodies communication system (nervous system). Have you ever been stuck in traffic due to a car accident? If you have, then you may understand this subluxation thing better than you think. If the two lane highway becomes a one lane road due to a car accident then it takes longer for cars to travel the same distance and of course some of the cars are re-routed. When your spine is out of alignment and there is pressure on precious nerves, this interferes with the information going to vital parts of your body. So the information gets there slower, is re-routed or doesn't get there at all. This information could be trying to get to your stomach, kidney's, lung's or heart!

Would you want have all or some of the messages getting through?

Chiropractic is a health care profession that works with the bodies inborn ability to heal itself through a better functioning nervous system. The nervous system is made up of the brain, spinal cord and nerves. The spinal cord is protected by 24 movable bones in which nerves pass between and supply information to vital organs, muscles and skin. When one or more of these bones in our spine (vertebrae) get out of normal position (misaligned) there is damaging pressure applied to delicate spinal nerves, this is called a "vertebral subluxation".
